I've lost my card
Don't panic!
So long as your sQuidcard has been registered with us and we know who you are then we can cancel your existing card, send you a new one and transfer any outstanding balance from your old sQuidcard.
In order to do this you need to:-

Logon to your sQuid account

Click on the 'Lost or stolen card?' link on the left hand side

Select the reson for the new card request from the drop down at the bottom of the screen

Once you have submitted this request we will cancel your existing sQuidcard, issue you a new one and transfer any remaining balance from your old sQuidcard.
I have sQuid on another card
If you have sQuid on another smart card...
Then notify I us in the same way using the form above. You will also need to contact your card issuer to get a new card. To view a list of other cards with sQuid eMoney on them, click here.
Registering your new card
You need to create a new sQuid account...
if you have been issued with a new card having reported your previous one Lost, Faulty or Stolen then you will need to create a NEW sQuid account and register your new card with sQuid.

What happens when you advise us to cancel your sQuidcard?
As soon as you notify us that you have lost your card we will 'hot list' it as quickly as possible. This may take some time as every sQuid Reader in our network has to be notified. Any transactions that are made using your card before it has been 'hot listed' will be processed, therefore the balance transferred to your new card may be less that the balance shown on your sQuid account at the time that you advised us of the lost card.
