Our customer service team is email based and are available from 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Parents, business and transport users
Simply log in to your sQuid account and send an in-portal message via the Support tab. If you are unable to log in to your sQuid account, please email customerservice@squidcard.com
