Digital attendance makes it easy for schools to monitor daily attendance of their students.

Using real-time data, attendance is tracked and reported back to teachers who can utilise this data to identify low-attendance students and support the student and their family to ensure their attendance increases.

This low-cost but highly effective tool, uses smartcards which are presented to a digital tablet to record school attendance. Loved by students, they have affectionally nick-named this daily highlight as "sQuidding".

sQuid has partnered with Storyworld to deliver R.E.A.L - an online literacy assessment tool currently being piloted in Zambia, with plans to extend to other African countries.

Continuing the success demonstrated in iMlango, R.E.A.L closely follows EGRA (Early Grade Reading Assessment), to assess key literacy predictors in real time: Listening Comprehension, Phonemic Awareness, Phonics, Reading Fluency, and Comprehension.

We are proud of the work we do with our NGO partners to deliver scalable solutions to displaced communities.

Our work has taken us to Somalia with Save the Children and Chad with the International Rescue Committee, providing digital financial assistance to ensure recipients have money to pay for food, drink, clothes and transport fares to medical centres.
